Delivery for Singapore:
Free standard delivery on orders over S$150.
A tracking number will be provided for reference. Please ensure that relevant contact details are given during checkout to ensure ease of contact during delivery. We dispatch within 1-3 business days of order date (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays in Singapore).
Local delivery methods via Speedpost for our online customers:
- Standard: S$4 inclusive GST if order below S$150
- 3-5 working days from order date to your doorstep
- Priority: S$16 inclusive GST for all orders:
- Next working day delivery, if order placed before 12PM (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
Rock Daisy aims to ensure smooth and quick delivery of items. However, delivery time may be affected in the case of unforeseen circumstances such as unsuccessful delivery and/or festive seasons. We seek your understanding on this matter, and we will aim to keep this to a minimum.
Delivery for International Locations:
Free international delivery on orders over S$400.
All orders below S$400 will our international courier DHL and their Go Green Solution. All shipping rates will be based on weight and calculated at check out.
To give an idea, below are estimated shipping rates charged for a 0.5 kg order (1-2 pieces), inclusive of GST but exclusive import duty. Any duties charged are the customer's responsibility.

Return Policy:
Due to our small batch production model, all returns must reach us within 7 days from delivery for local orders and 14 days for international orders to be processed. They must be unworn, unwashed in original packaging with swing tag intact, and no damages. Once we have received and validated your return, we will issue you a full refund amount in the form of store credit (1 year validity), which you can use towards your next purchase.
For local orders in Singapore, please email us at customerservice@rockdaisy.asia and we will assist with your return processing. Please note, the return postage fee of S$4 is not covered.
For international orders, we are unable to provide return shipping labels, therefore these return shipping costs and any related duties are the customer's responsibility. These parcels should be shipped with tracking information that is shared with us via email.
Exchange Policy:
We accept exchanges, as long as it is for the same style, only requesting a different size or color. Be sure to indicate this on your return/exchange email, and we will ship the replacement item within 3-4 days of receiving and validating your exchange item.
Local Singapore exchange shipping fees are covered by us, however please note, customers are limited to 1 exchange per style per order. For international exchanges, the shipping fee is the customer's responsibility. Please email us at customerservice@rockdaisy.asia to coordinate your exchange.
