We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX credit and debit cards, as well as certain bank transfer methods such as PayNow and Wise.

We offer free standard shipping across Singapore on orders over S$150.
We also offer free international shipping on orders over S$400.
Deliveries
- Standard shipping : within 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays in SG)
- Priority shipping: within 1-2 business days

Yes, we currently offer worldwide shipping via our international courier partner DHL and their Go Green Plus program.
- DHL Express Worldwide delivery times: 4-7 business days
- Note for international orders, custom duties, taxes, handling fees will apply and these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

There will be a tracking number included within your confirmation email.
Returns
Due to our limited production runs, all returns must reach us within 7 days from delivery for local orders and 14 days for international to be processed. They must be unworn, unwashed in original packaging with swing tag intact, and no damages. Once we have received and validated your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, depending on your bank.
For local orders in Singapore, please email us at customerservice@rockdaisy.asia and we will assist with your return/refund. Note postage fee of S$4 is not covered.
For international orders, we are unable to provide return shipping labels, therefore these return shipping costs and any duties are the customer's responsibility. These parcels should be shipped with tracking information.

Definitely! As long as it is for the same style, just requesting a different size or color. Be sure to indicate this on your return/exchange note, and we will ship the replacement item within 3-4 days.
